Kamov Ka-26 helicopter engine table
This awesome and unique table was made from the crankcase and cylinders of a Vedeneyev M14V radial engine. The engine was complete dismantled, every part was cleaned and glass bead blasted and painted. All small parts such as fasteners were sent to be re-galvanised. Three heavy-duty castor wheels have been installed under the supercharger housing. It can be moved very and rotated easily despite its weight.
Retired Hoodlum
The M14V is a 9-cylinder engine that was used to power the Kamov Ka-26 helicopter, nicknamed “Hoodlum” by NATO. The engine is now a stunning piece that draws immediate attention. It is the result of many hours of meticulous work. The glass plate allows you to see every interesting detail, like the unique 9×2 camshaft with its rollers. A gorgeous piece of furniture for many environments.
We also have a table that is made from `the other half´ of the same engine. Details of this table can be found here.
